Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that certain items, such as T-shirts, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, including the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship the package to the following address:

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the desired replacement item in your return request. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Please allow 10-15 business days for the exchange process to be completed.
